Anita Katherine Lunday Farris, 79, of Burleson, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014 in Methodist Mansfield Medical Center.
Anita was born in Fort Worth, Texas on August 27, 1934, the daughter of Neugent Alvin Lunday and Anna Myrtle Herring Lunday. She married Morris W. Farris in Fort Worth on April 19, 1956. Anita was an office manager and homemaker.
Anita is survived by her Son David Farris and wife, Janet; granddaughter, Angie Sorokolit and husband, Mike; grandson, Gene Blankton and wife, Jill; four great grandsons; three sisters, Marie Smith, Janet Nelson and husband, Vernon and Jayne King and husband, Everett; numerous nieces and nephews.
Anita was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Morris.
