Alvin R. Fingal

Alvin R. Fingal, 92 yrs, formerly of Coon Lake, passed away April 3, 2014. Born June 9, 1921. Served with COC 50TH Engineers Combat October 1942 through December 1945. World War II Veteran. He was proceeded in death by his wife of 66 years, Marjorie Fingal. He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Martin; grand-children, Michael Martin, Jo Ann Flores, June Martin, Greg Martin and Todd Martin; great-grandchildren, Shawna, Taylor, Caleb, Thomas, Trenton, Iliana, McKenna, Trinity, Riley, Kolton, Kaleb, Luis and Brennon and numerous other family and friends. Funeral service 2 pm Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at First United Methodist Church of Mansfield in Mansfield, Texas. He is very loved and will be missed dearly. May he rest peacefully.
